How do I return/exchange (within 30 days)?
- Visit your account to request a return.
- Log in.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
- Once your request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?
- Items can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Return items in a padded envelope or original packaging.
- If returning a ring, please return everything that came with it.

Can the items be exchanged?
Yes, exchanges for selectable variants are allowed. After approval, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

You can return your product within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method.
How do I ship back the items?
Refer to the email received after placing your return request for shipping instructions.
Use the Queewish mailing label or your own carrier (return postage is at your expense).
We recommend keeping the tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
How soon will I get my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days.
